Most of the country is covered in rainforest and it’s one of the most diverse unknown places in the world.
Savor new flavors
Which brings me to the description of the food. It’s a fusion of several different Asian cultures, that settled after the emancipation of slavery in 1863 and afro Caribbean spices. The country has 5 cultures that live together and share each other’s food. Over the years even more countries food got represented.
